i have a dark fairy costume from last year and i want to make it look like a dead rag doll. ive already made the bottem of the costume poofy and put lace on and im going to by striped black and white tights. BUT the top of my costume looks horrible and i really want to tear the top off but if i do the whole costume will get ruined. i dont know what to do please help.thx 
You could add poofy sleeves to the top, or if you really hate it wear a type of "rocker" t-shirt. Something with skulls and black would work. you should defiantly make stitches on your skin like you've been mended too. Hope this helps. Happy Halloween!

OMIGAWD answer the question pleaaaaaaseee! :'{ i need to start designing my outfit and have no ideas and halloween is right around the corner!!!
ok well i don't have a halloween costume yet and I know that i want to be a ragdoll, but i can't think of any ideas, can you give me any ideas so i could make a rag doll costume, i'm very crafty so i'll be sewing and decorating my costume. by the way I want a unique rag doll costume not a traditional one like this:

I would get some of your old clothes that have torns in them like a pair of pants and skirt to getter would look cute. You could also have like and old blue shirt and put little ruffles on the shirt sleeves and on the botton of the pants. Now for shoes if you have them some ballet flats. there cute and fun to wear. For your hair wear it in braids. For make up put a little dot of red on your cheecks to make it look like a doll, and rose lips.

Pictures would be nice.
For your hair:
-Buy a bonnet or something at value village.
-Buy some yarn (Red, Yellow, Brown, Black, Orange...).
-Braid the yarn into two thick braids
-Sew the braids to the bonnet
-Tuck your hair up under the bonet
For your clothes:
-A long dress (with a high neckline preferably)
-black/red and white striped knee socks or tights ( if they're socks make sure they are higher then the dress)
-If the dress doesn't have long sleaves wear a plain white or a black/red and white striped long sleeve shirt under the dress (make sure the top doesn't show above the neckline of the dress.
-White mittens (oversized is good)
-Black dress shoes like a little kid would wear
For your makeup:
-White face and neck
-Instead of blush use facepaint to paint circles on your cheeks
-Red lipstick
-Lots of mascara
Have you ever seen the toy castle? Look up toy castle rag doll on google or yahoo and look at the picture for ideas.

The place I camp has halloween in the summer but I'm not alowed to buy anything for it. I decided that I wanted to be a ragdoll since my other plan didn't work. how can I make a costume, especially the hat. I got everything else down, but I need to know irections on how to make the hat at home.Plus it has to be fast because halloween's 2morrow.

Well just if you have this...you can get a red and white strip top (for pretty cheap), and a red and white skirt or either red or white, and then red and white knee highs. And then just get a red wig and braid it and maybe put that heart that is tatooed on the dolls on the shirt like draw it. I'm not sure if this will work but good luck!
***EDIT***
Oh! Well then for the hat you can just cut out a piece of white fabric and sew on a red ribbon, and then you can just pin it to you're hair or you can put like some elastic underneath, and sew over the corners and stretch it over your head. If not that, you can just get the piece of white fabric and pin it to your head and it doesn't have to look perfect! Good luck!
