The place I camp has halloween in the summer but I'm not alowed to buy anything for it. I decided that I wanted to be a ragdoll since my other plan didn't work. how can I make a costume, especially the hat. I got everything else down, but I need to know irections on how to make the hat at home.Plus it has to be fast because halloween's 2morrow.

Well just if you have this...you can get a red and white strip top (for pretty cheap), and a red and white skirt or either red or white, and then red and white knee highs. And then just get a red wig and braid it and maybe put that heart that is tatooed on the dolls on the shirt like draw it. I'm not sure if this will work but good luck!

Oh! Well then for the hat you can just cut out a piece of white fabric and sew on a red ribbon, and then you can just pin it to you're hair or you can put like some elastic underneath, and sew over the corners and stretch it over your head. If not that, you can just get the piece of white fabric and pin it to your head and it doesn't have to look perfect! Good luck!
