kidding heres the picture of my costume and of the makeup im thinking of doing but i need more opinions and stuffs. more freckles? how many? cotton candy pink lips or red? lollipop or mini stuffed rag doll as prop? all info pliz

this is my exact costume except the red tule is not in on it for some reason and the wig is not part of my costume so hair ideas?

I like the make up, and yeah you should wear pink cotton candy lip gloss. Add four freckled instead of three though, three just looks odd. My friend is being the exact same thing. Pull your hair up in high pig tails.

& cutee costumeee.
curl your hair & leave itt downn, but keeep the clip in, its really cuteee.
the freckles are fine just add some moree. & red lips defff.
carry a cutee litttle stufffed teddy bear & suck on a lollipop, but eat it after you get one from trick or treating or something.
lols uhm shoess, you could probably wear flats or heels.
