i bought a rag doll costume: http://wetseal.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=14510. however, i live in jersey and its getting pretty cold up here. i don't know what i should do to not cover the costume, yet keep warm, any ideas?
do you happen to know where i can find raggedy ann (red and white) leggings or stockings, in the new york area?

I'm gonna be a rag doll too, and I live in Canada. brrr! I'm just wearing two layers of leggings (red and white striped like ragity anne) and a jacket under my costume. I'm also wearing a wig, which will keep my head warm, and comfy flats. You could even throw on a scarf for trick-or-treating! Arm warmers are popular, and so are gloves. Just match these things with ur costume and you'll be fine.

since im wearing a short costume im goona wear a very long jacket with leggings…i live in new york and its freezing outside and raining right now! i hope it doesnt rain on halloween

What about going to a store that has a thin, but warm long sleeve shirt that matches the color of ur costume? and wear gloves of the same color pattern too. There were these long john things my cousin would wear under stuff leggings. They were thin but also kept her warm, i can’t remember where she got them at, but i can ask- i’m sure somewhere like macy’s or sear’s or something. Or you could even try Spencer’s they always have alot of halloween stuff.
